Stay Sober And Watch!

 Good Day People Of God. We are living in some interesting times as we see the Word of God unfold. To some it’s just another day. But to the Disciples Of God, we are watching the signs of His Coming. In 1 Peter 5:8; The Word Of God instructed us to “ Be Sober, Be Vigilant; Because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour.”  In other words as one translation puts it Be calm and alert. Your opponent is the devil. Your adversary is evangelizing quickly for he knows his time is drawing close. But God gave us the answer in the next verse in 1 Peter 5:9, “ Whom resist steadfast in the Faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.” We must resist Him in rock solid Faith. Stand up against him in rooted, immovable Faith.

We want to remind and encourage those that are in God. To use the gifts God has given us to evangelize the Good News Of the Gospel. To stay in Faith and Pray and to use Our Covenant Authority over the tricks of the devil. For the lost can not see into the Kingdom Of God [ John 3:3] They must be Born Again. We must allow the Light Of God to Show them the entrance of the narrow path unto Salvation.  And unto the next blog, Stay suited up in your Armor, and Pray for the world. God has the Final Say. Look at The end of your Bible. Stay Blessed! 

Ephesians 6:10-17: 10 A final word: Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on all of God’s armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil. 12 For we[d] are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places.

13 Therefore, put on every piece of God’s armor so you will be able to resist the enemy in the time of evil. Then after the battle you will still be standing firm. 14 Stand your ground, putting on the belt of truth and the body armor of God’s righteousness. 15 For shoes, put on the peace that comes from the Good News so that you will be fully prepared.[e] 16 In addition to all of these, hold up the shield of faith to stop the fiery arrows of the devil.[f] 17 Put on salvation as your helmet, and take the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

18 Pray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion. Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers for all believers everywhere.[g]
