Greetings in the Name of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Here on the East Coast of the United States. Our season is moving in to the Summer Months. And most of us love fresh Garden Fresh veggies and fruit So, I decided that after several years I would plant a Garden. All of My life I've loved to see something grow. But when I read The Parable of the Wheat and the Tares, I got the revelation of what Jesus meant by this teaching. ( Matthew 13:24-30 ) He taught and gave this illustration to expose the demonic tactics of Imitation.
Parable of The Wheat and the Tares.
Matthew 13:24-30 NLT, Here's another Story Jesus told:
“ The Kingdom of Heaven is like a Farmer who planted Good Seed in his field. 25) But that night as the Workers slept, his enemy came and planted weeds among the wheat, then slipped away. 26) When the Crop began to grow and produce grain, the weeds also grew. 27) " The Farmer's workers went to him and said, " Sir the field where you planted that Good Seed is full of weeds! Where did they come from?" 28) " An enemy has done this!" the Farmer exclaimed.
" Should we pull out the weeds? they asked.
29) No , he replied, you'll uproot the wheat if you do. 30) "Let both grow together until the Harvest. Then I will tell the Harvesters to sort out the weeds, and put the wheat in the Barn." From the Natural point of view of the Wheat & Tares. The tares were actually a plant that came from the darnel seed. { Darnel is a toxic grassy weed that acts as a mimic plant, looking almost identical to Wheat until Harvest.} So in its early stages it looks exactly like wheat. But as it continues to grow it will reveal itself of what it really is a weed.
So basically the devil followed the patten of the darnel seed in his attacks against the Body of Christ. He is flooding the World with Imitation of the Real. There are many examples in the Bible. In the Book of Exodus Chapter 7 the Egyptians Magicians imitated some of the miracles performed by God through Moses. Turning the rods into snakes. In the Book of Acts 8:9-24, the Sorcerer Simon imitated Phillip.
In closing. The devil knows that a half of a Truth is more dangerous than a lie. When he mimics the Truth it will cause damage and hurt to the Truth more than those that deny the Truth. In the Days we are living we must guard against falling for half Truths and Imitations and Gospel . What is amazing is that Jesus Christ analogy of the Farmer knows the seeds and can't be fooled by the imitation weed. And that is the Good News of the Harvest.
Until Next time , Stay Blessed in the Lord. ~ GG
