How Excellent Is Thy Name

 Psalm 8:1 (KJV):

"O LORD our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth! who hast set thy glory above the heavens."

Greetings in the Name of Jesus. When asking the Holy Spirit for a title. I could identify with David of realizing the Greatness of God. So here is a nugget of my Study of Worshipping His Holy Name! 

This verse is a song of worship written by David. It celebrates God's greatness, majesty, and glory.
Here's what it means:
"O LORD our Lord" — David uses God's covenant name ("LORD," Yahweh) and acknowledges Him as the sovereign ruler over all. It expresses both a personal relationship with God and His authority over everything.
"How excellent is thy name in all the earth!" — In the Bible, a person's name represents their character and reputation. God's name is "excellent" because He is holy, faithful, loving, powerful, and worthy of praise. His greatness is seen throughout all creation.
"Who hast set thy glory above the heavens." — God's glory is higher than the heavens themselves. His majesty cannot be contained by creation; He reigns above everything.

Psalm 8:1 reminds us to begin with worship. No matter what we face, God remains worthy of praise because His greatness fills the earth and His glory is beyond anything we can imagine. It invites us to honor Him not only with our words but also with the way we live. Amen!

The signs of God’s Words are clear. It’s a Glorious time to be saved. To watch Him cover and protect His People is Majestic. 

Just to think ,  We know Him as Our Heavenly Father , it is so overwhelming. 

Please do not neglect to Praise and Worship His Excellent Name in the face of adversity.  

We all know exactly what David meant. When He said, “ Oh God! How Excellent is thy Name!” Hallelujah!!!!

Accountability Of Preaching The Word

 

Preach the Word

I charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who is to judge the living and the dead, and by his appearing and his kingdom:2 preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with complete patience and teaching. 3 For the time is coming when people will not endure sound[a] teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions,4 and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander off into myths. 5 But as for you, always be sober-minded, endure suffering, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.

2 Timothy 4:1-5 . Paul is giving us the qualifications of Ministry. For weeks God has been speaking about Accountability of His Ministry.  Some may think this is for Ministers . But we must keep in mind the responsibility of spreading the Gospel is for All of us once we received Christ. We are His Ministers  

[ 2 Corinthians 5:10-21 ] 

We are living in times where Titles, Buildings and worldly clout is more important than the Teachings of Christ. One  sure sign God showed me is , pay attention to what the heart is saying. There are some that is teaching the revelation of their Spiritual Leaders instead of what God said. They will mention their Teachers name in sermons more than the Name of Jesus Christ. This blog is not for pointing out but to bring awareness to the days we are living. Amen. We have Ministries that are following the patterns of the world. I remember during my time in Bible School . The Holy Spirit quicken my heart with a message. From Romans 12:2 NLT . Don't copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a New Person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to learn God’s will for you, which is Good  and Pleasing  and Perfect . He spoke clearly to me that we are to influence the world about God. Not the world influencing us. So in closing, the message to us all is Accountability To The Gospel of Christ.  Everyone of us will give an account on the Day of Judgement for every deed and words we released.  [ See Matthew 12 ]  We must preach the Gospel in Truth as the world is contaminated with evil. We are aware of Spiritual Warfare and we know just as God has called His Evangelist. The enemy of Counterfeit has them as well.  The Good News is the Greater one lives in us.

 [ 1 John 4:4 ]  We cannot be defeated when we are walking in Obedience and Accountability

to God. Amen! To God Be The Glory forevermore.

The Summary Of The Spirit of Grace

Titus 2:11-13

11) For the Grace of God, bringing  Salvation to All men, has appeared. 

12) Training us that denying ungodliness and worldly lust, we should live soberly and righteously and Godly in the present age, 

13) Awaiting the Blessed Hope, even the Appearing of the Glory of Our Great God and Savior, Jesus Christ.

As we can see from Scripture, the Spirit of Grace instructs us how to live in this Present world. If we turn our attention to the things of this world. We will think and act like the world. Which to be carnal minded is death.

But, when we stay in step with the Spirit of Grace . We learn to live by the voice of the Spirit. We become spiritually minded. And according to scripture it births Life and Peace. Which we all need in this hour. Amen. 

When the Spirit of God speaks within us in that small still voice. We listen and obey because we are spiritually led by the Spirit of Grace. Praise God!!! We trust God in knowing He has our best interest.

He reminds us when we are getting off track. Sometimes it maybe we are slacking in Reading His Word or Praying.  Whatever the Spirit of Grace tells you, Do it.  If we are obedient  to the Spirit of Grace it will strengthen us .  Guess what? Blessings will flow from Our Obedience. Amen.
